Returns in European countries

  • Returning your order from a European country outside the Netherlands? This is of course possible. For returns outside the Netherlands, Eleganci's returns portal also offers return labels. The return costs for orders outside the Netherlands are at least €6.50. 
  • You have the freedom to choose a carrier for your return, but you are responsible for communicating the shipment to Eleganci.
  • Have you received an item that is faulty? Even then, Eleganci will help you further. Please contact us first via the contact page

    Returns from the United Kingdom

    • For returns from the UK, we ask that you purchase your own return label. Unfortunately, this is currently not possible via our returns portal.
    • If you are returning your order, we kindly ask you to enclose your order number to ensure that settlement takes place as quickly as possible.

    Will I receive a full refund?

    In almost all cases, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding any shipping costs). However, this depends on the condition in which you return the product. You are only liable for depreciation of the goods resulting from use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Taking a bag out of its packaging to look at it in detail is obviously acceptable. If you have visibly put the bag into use and still return it to us, Vaseci is not obliged to refund you the full purchase price.

    When will I receive the money for my return?

    Vaseci aims to refund the entire purchase price (excluding any shipping costs) to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the return notification. However, we do reserve the right to wait with the return payment until we have received the products in good order.

    Who is responsible for the return shipment?

    You are personally responsible for the correct delivery of the return shipment at all times, even if you have reported a shipment via our returns portal. In accordance with legislation, it is the consumer who is responsible for ensuring that the return arrives at Vaseci in good condition.
